Product Range

		Pallet timber The timber used in the manufacture of wood pallets is mainly spruce pine timber. Boards for the manufacture in pallets can be kiln dried now commonly known as heat treated timber. This treatment can be made with a forestry commission sanitary certificate. The minimum thikcness is 15 mm, tolerances within 2 mm to the thickness and within 3 mm to the widths and lengts. Timber boards can be chamfered.
		Sawn timber (kd) Sawn with various quality, width and length up to 3 meters, customized sizes and as per customer requirement for various demands. The HT treatment can be made with a forestry commission sanitary certificate or kiln dried according the clients request.
		Timber for packaging and box manufacturing With the optimum use of a modern manufacturing facility, we offer a wide range timber sizes for the production of wooden boxes. These wooden boxes are suitable for holding various goods and will be safe in transportation. Timber available in various sizes made in different woods on the basis of the demands of the producer.
		Custom pallets and  collars There are several reasons why a companies could need non standard  pallets. If the item is larger than pallet sizes traditional may not be an option. The weight of an item can also require pallet materials to be customized. The heavier the item to be moved or stored, the stronger the pallet materials should be.

Pallet collars Pallet collars designed with reusability and practicality in mind and are a low cost solution for products that need the protection and the damage of products minimized.  Developed for the automotive industry, pallet collars are built around the Euro pallet standards of 600 mm x 800 mm or 800 mm x 1200 mm. The most significant advantage of pallet collars  is their expandable design. The pallet collar can be used to build a container of desired height, this means a minimum of unused space. To load more on a pallet simply add another pallet collar.
